Cimientos BYA, S.A. is a Venezuelan corporation specializing in foundations diaphragm walls, tiebacks and all geotechnical applications, was originally founded in 1973 under the name of Bachy y Asociados, S.A. and has accumulated more than 30 years of experience in more than 600 different types of contracts.
Since the beginning, our activity has covered an existing need in Venezuela for a company specialized in foundations and soil treatment. The company currently has in its payroll a dedicated group of experts in design, execution and management of most types of geotechnical projects. Our company also has a large number and variety of specialized equipment continuously adding new technology, to maintain our leadership in this area.
In 1998, The French partner sold its shares to the Venezuelan group and the corporation changed its name for Cimientos BYA, S.A.
Cimientos BYA, S.A. has today the most sophisticated special foundation equipment support instruments and latest generation design software recently acquired overseas, in order to comply with our main objective: To reinforce and expand our capabilities and resources to be able to accomplish larger projects and to offer our clients a Turn-Key solution with the quality required.
